Shipping, returns and the rest of it.
Written in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, that is our fault, so email us and we will fix the wording.
Shipping
Free US shipping on every order, no minimum. Orders leave Seattle within two business days and typically land in three to six.
We ship to all 50 states. International is not open yet. Subscriptions ship on the same schedule as the order that started them.
Returns and refunds
Sixty nights. If it does not work for your skin, email us inside sixty days of delivery and we refund the full purchase price. Keep the jar, or bin it. We do not want a used pot of cream back.
One refund per household on the sixty-night guarantee. Unopened jars can be returned for a refund inside ninety days.
Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled any time from the link in every shipping email, with no phone call and no retention script.

Email hello@glowbyru.com. A person answers, usually inside one business day, and it is a short list of people so it is often the person who made the cream.

Privacy
We collect the details needed to take an order and ship it: name, address, email, and the payment token our processor returns. We never see or store full card numbers.
We do not sell personal data. Email is used for order updates, and for marketing only if you asked for it, with an unsubscribe link on every send.
Ask us to delete your data at hello@glowbyru.com and we do it, other than records we are legally required to keep for tax.

Rü Facial Barrier Cream is a cosmetic product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.
Patch test first if your skin is reactive. Stop using it and talk to a clinician if you get a reaction.
